1. Returns
According to Czech consumer protection laws, you have the right to return products within 30 days from the date of delivery without providing a reason, under the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when it was received.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Personalized or custom-made items (including custom-printed designs) are non-refundable unless they are faulty.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process a full refund within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Please note that:
- Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
- You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
- For customers outside the EU, the refund process may take longer due to international banking procedures.
3. Exchanges

4. Damaged or Defective Items

- A full refund, excluding any shipping fees.
